YSR Congress comes under severe attack in assembly

HYDERABAD: In a surprise development, the YSR Congress came under severe attack during the debate on the no-confidence motion against the Kiran government, even though the motion was tabled by the party itself along with the TRS. While the Congress and the TDP assailed the YSR Congress for having moved the motion, the TRS also did not spare it.
Interestingly, the Congress was the second target of the TDP, albeit in a mild manner. The Congress reciprocated the gesture by praising Naidu for his decision to distance himself from the no-confidence motion. Though the motion was moved to discuss the failures of the government, the YSRC and the TDP spent much of their time trading charges while the ruling party enjoyed the drama. The blame game derailed the proceedings many a time.
